    If I like the pool company but don't like the salesperson, what should I do?

    Ask to speak to the sales manager. The company wants your business so they should be accomodating in giving you a new sales person to deal with (or the manager will take care of you). FYI, the original sales person may "own" the lead and might get a kick back from your sale.
